A mat yoga class that focuses on reversing the damages of sitting and teaches the power of the breath as an anchor and a tool for stress relief.  This slow movement class is as much a relief to the body, as it is to the over worked nervous system. The gentle nature of class means students don't typically need access to showers, minimizing the time needed to transition.  60-90 minutes.

Chair yoga provides the same benefits as mat yoga, without leaving your chair. Great for offices with less space or as a way to break up a day of meetings! Chair yoga also gives employees simple and easy poses that they can do at their desk to bring some stress relief and mindfulness to every day.  30- 60 minutes.

When we think of yoga, what we most often think of is the movement or asana practice. Seated meditation is just as much yoga as the movement, perhaps even more so! Yoga means union and in this practice we observe the union of mind, body and breath as you are guided through a meditation. Topics range from meditation basics to moving from reaction to responding.
