Info & Details on in person classes

Starting again 4/6/2021 there will be two classes offered on Tuesday night, 5:30-6:30 pm and 7:00-8:00 pm. There are 5 spots available in each class. Spots will be saved upon receiving a text of your name and which time you want to attend. I will respond to either confirm the spot, or let you know that the class is full.

Class will continue to be donation based.
Donations can be given at class or sent virtually

Rules and guidelines for inside Room 161

• To adhere with physical distancing recommendations, we will be limiting class to 5 students

• Masks to be worn upon entering the studio, until class begins and again when class is over and to exit

• Strongly encouraged for students to bring their own mat and towel/blanket

• Mats will be set up with a minimum of six feet from other people in all directions

• Class has always been, and will continue to be, hands off

• Only bring essential items into the space 

• Do not come to class if you are not feeling well and/or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 

• No recent contact with a COVID-19 patient or a probably COVID-19 patient
